How do I make reservations?

Can I hold a reservation and pay for it the day of?

We do require full payment once you make a reservation, therefore payment would need to be received right away with a credit card over the phone. If you would prefer to pay by debit card or cash, please come to our tour office during business hours and we would be more than happy to help you. If you have a large group, payment options can be discussed.

What are your office hours?

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Friday to Sunday: 9:00am to 7:30pm

What payment options do I have?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit and cash. Only company or certified cheques are accepted.

What is Harbour Cruise’s refund policy?

Once a reservation has been made and paid for the cruise does become non-refundable, and non-transferable to another date.

Where and when do I pick up my tickets?

When you book online, you will receive an email with a QR Code – this is your ticket and boarding pass. Alternatively, you can pick up tickets from our Sales Office at Harbour Cruises Marina, located at 501 Denman Street (Intersection: Denman & Georgia) on the day/evening of your tour. The tour office is located right on the docks our Sales agents will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

Is there parking available?

There is an EasyPark parking lot located right above the Harbour Cruises Marina, at 501 Denman Street. View parking information here. Parking availability and pricing are managed by EasyPark, and may be subject to change.

Do you offer a hotel pickup?

Unfortunately we do not offer a hotel pick up service, however you may contact your concierge to arrange for taxi transportation.

How much will a taxi cost me from my hotel to your marina?

From most downtown hotels, taxis will cost between $10 to $15 CDN. You should ask the taxi driver to drop you off at the Harbour Cruises Marina located at the 501 Denman Street. Kindly ask your driver to bring you into the parking lot for your drop off.

Do you have smaller boats for my private event?

Our fleet sadly does not include smaller boats/yachts. Our vessels are larger, and we require a minimum of 40 people to host your event.

What accessibility options do you provide?

WHEELCHAIRS

Unfortunately our vessels are not designed to accommodate wheelchairs safely.

SERVICE ANIMALS

We do allow service animals onto our vessels. Service animals are defined as being visibly apparent that the customer requires the animal for reasons relating to a disability. While on our vessels:

  • Service animals are required to accompany the guest at all times
  • The guest is fully responsible for their service animal whilst on our premises
  • Because we serve food on our vessels, guests may be  required to provide documentation upon request to verify the status of the service animal

What should we wear on your Dinner Cruise?

The Sunset Dinner Cruise is semi-formal, so wear something that you would put on to go to a nice restaurant. Dinner is served in our temperature-controlled interior decks. However, you may want to bring a jacket/coverup if you want to spend time on our exterior decks.

Will I be seated with people I do not know on the cruise?

Each party has their own table (similar to a restaurant) so you will not be seated with other guests.

Can I request special seating?

We do take seating requests at the time of your booking, however we do not guarantee these requests. Our on-board staff has the final say in seating, and will make every possible effort to accommodate your request.

Is the meal (dinner and lunch cruise) served buffet style?

Yes, our lunch and dinner cruises are served buffet style. If you require help with your plate going up and down stairs, our staff would be more than happy to assist you.

Are beverages included in the price for your cruises?

Coffee and Tea is included with your meal (for the lunch and dinner cruises). Harbour Cruises is fully licensed, and has all other beverages for sale.

What if I am a vegetarian or have special dietary needs?

We do have vegetarian options available for our Sunset Dinner Cruise and Luncheon Cruise. If you have certain allergies, or dietary restrictions, please advise our tour agents at the time of booking.

Is there any age restrictions to your cruises?

Age restrictions occur on our Sip & Sail Happy Hour Cruise: only those who are 19 years or older with valid government-issued ID will be served alcohol. Valid ID must also be shown in order to be served alcohol on all our cruises.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

For the enjoyment of all our passengers, all our vessels are non-smoking environments. We kindly ask you refrain from smoking inside the boat, in the washrooms, and on our outer decks. This includes all cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes.

Do we still set sail when it rains or snows?

Harbour Cruises sails in rain or snow. If there are extremely high winds or extremely thick fog, our captains may make the decision to not sail if they feel it is unsafe to do so. It is very rare where we need to cancel a tour due to weather, but we will try to make every attempt to contact you should it occur.
