Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. We accept all major credit cards, and full payment is required at the time of booking. Group bookings of 10 or more may have special payment arrangements available.

All cruises depart from the Denman Street dock in Coal Harbour. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Boarding typically begins 15-20 minutes prior to sailing.

Our vessels feature climate-controlled indoor seating, outdoor viewing decks, fully licensed bars, and professional catering. Guests are welcome to bring cameras and binoculars. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on dining cruises.

Our vessels have limited accessibility, due to stairways and steps throughout the ship, including access to washrooms. Please note that most areas are not wheelchair accessible. Guests using mobility aids are welcome on the lower deck, but access to other levels may be restricted. Strollers are welcome; however, we ask that they be folded and stored on the lower deck during the cruise.

Paid parking is available at the entrance to Harbour Cruises, with additional metered street parking nearby. The Denman Place Mall parkade is also just a short walk from our location. Public transit is a great option as several bus routes stop near our entrance.
